Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between Erol Baba Academy (“Seller”) and the “Customer” who purchases services via erolbaba.net, under distance selling rules. Digital workout videos are provided through a membership model. By completing the purchase, the Customer accepts this agreement.

2. Subject

To set out the sales and access conditions for digital workout videos offered online by Erol Baba Academy. Access, delivery and usage terms are described herein.

3. Digital Products and Scope

  • Access to digital workout videos is granted through membership.
  • Purchased content can only be viewed via the member’s own account and cannot be shared with third parties.
  • Content, duration, and updates may be changed with prior notice.
  • The Seller informs the Customer in case of maintenance, updates or technical issues.

4. Price, Payment and Delivery

  • Prices are shown on the website in TRY and include VAT.
  • Payments are processed via virtual POS or listed methods. Access activates after approval.
  • Payments are protected by 256-bit SSL. Card data is not stored by us.
  • Upon approval, the Customer gains access via their account.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Refund

Under consumer law, once digital content is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply. No refunds. The Customer must review descriptions before purchase.

6. Rights and Obligations

  • Seller: Provide access, support, protect customer data, and inform about changes.
  • Customer: Keep account data updated, do not share content, and use it only personally.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for failures arising from internet infrastructure, devices or third-party services. Temporary outages may occur.

8. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. Turkish law applies.

9. Enforcement

This agreement takes effect upon purchase confirmation. The Customer declares to have read and accepted all terms.
